Day 3 - Vergina, Kalambaka

Stop in the small town of Vergina, which houses the Archaeological Site of Aigai. Here, one of the royal tombs in the Great Tumulus belongs to Philip II, who conquered every Greek city, which allowed his son Alexander the Great to further expand the Hellenistic world. Arrive in Kalambaka.

Day 4 - Kalambaka, Metsovo, Ioannina

Experience Kalambaka's incredible rock formations at the Monasteries of Meteora. Originally formed by monks in the 14th century, they have now become a preservation ark for the 2000-year-old Christian Orthodox creed. Afterwards, continue to Metsovo, a picturesque village Arrive in Ioannina in the late afternoon in time for dinner.

Day 5 - Ioannina, Zagorohoria

Day 7 - Athens, Embark Ship, Corinth Canal

Today, embark on a city tour of Athens. Visit the Acropolis of Athens, an ancient citadel situated high above the city. Here, see the incredible remains of the site, including the Parthenon, Propylaia, Erechtheion and the Temple of Athena Nike. Continue to the New Acropolis Museum and view its magnificent galleries, including the Gallery of the Slopes, which houses finds from the ancient sanctuaries that were founded on the slopes of the Acropolis, as well as objects that Athenians used in everyday life from all historic periods. After lunch, transfer to your luxurious small ship. Commence cruising in the late afternoon. Later this evening, enjoy a Welcome Dinner.

Day 8 - Ithaca, Zakynthos

This morning, dock at the picturesque Ionian island of Ithaca, which has remained unspoilt with clear blue seas and lush green valleys and mountains. Here, disembark for a walking tour of its charming township. In Greek mythology, the island was home to Odysseus, a legendary Greek king who was the hero of Homer's epic poem, The Odyssey. This afternoon, cruise to Zakynthos, where you will be able to explore its secluded Shipwreck Beach and Blue Caves, a visual masterpiece surrounded by sparkling turquoise waters. Your ship will depart in the late evening.

Day 12 - Amalfi, Positano

Upon arrival at Amalfi pier, board a private boat to Positano to take in spectacular vistas of the famed Amalfi coastline from the sea. While in Positano, enjoy a visit to this fascinating small village. After lunch, embark on a scenic drive along the coastline back to Amalfi, where you will enjoy a walking tour around the town, including seeing the lovely mosaic facade of St. Andrew’s Cathedral. Enjoy some time at your leisure to explore the beautiful township on your own before returning to your ship.

Day 13 - Elba

Disembark in Portoferraio, the charming capital of the island of Elba. Enjoy a drive of this charming island, teeming with rocky beaches and magnificent views over the Bays of Lacona, Laconella and Golfo Stella. Visit Napoléon's House, which was the seat of exile for France's Napoléon Bonaparte I. Continue to the charming village of Porto Azzurro, where you will enjoy some free time to explore the ancient medieval fortress and picturesque harbour. Stop at an old country wine farm overlooking the ocean, where you will delight in a wine tasting accompanied by local Tuscan produce, including salami, cheese and traditional cantuccini (almond biscuits). Tonight, enjoy a Farewell Dinner.
